Herb salad dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Dillweed or chives, dried
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Combine the recipe ingredients. After combining whirl the ingredients in a blender or food processor until powdered. Package the powdered mix in a small envelope, then store the envelope in a plastic sandwich bag; you can also package the mix in squares of aluminum foil. Label the packages along with the directions that follow and store indefinitely in your cupboard.

Directions: In a jar or cruet, place ¼ cup vinegar, 2 tablespoons waer, and the contents of 1 package of mix; shake to blend, then set aside for at least 30 minutes in order to release the flavors. Add ¾ cup oil, shake well, and serve over salad.
