Herb and walnut dressing

1tablespoonFinely-chopped parsley
1teaspoonThyme leaves
2Cloves garlic; peeled and chopped
50gramsChopped walnuts
½teaspoonSea salt
Freshly-ground black pepper
50millilitresWalnut oil
150millilitresSunflower or grapeseed oil
½Lemon; juice of

Directions

Mix the herbs together in a bowl. Crush the garlic and walnuts with the salt and mix into the herbs. Add pepper to taste and then slowly add the oils, and finally the lemon juice.

This will keep refrigerated for a few days.
