Herb and walnut dressing

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Finely-chopped chives
1 tablespoon Finely-chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Thyme leaves
2 \N Cloves garlic; peeled and chopped
50 grams Chopped walnuts
½ teaspoon Sea salt
\N \N Freshly-ground black pepper
50 millilitres Walnut oil
150 millilitres Sunflower or grapeseed oil
½ \N Lemon; juice of

Mix the herbs together in a bowl. Crush the garlic and walnuts with the salt and mix into the herbs. Add pepper to taste and then slowly add the oils, and finally the lemon juice.

This will keep refrigerated for a few days.
