Herbal vegetable dressing

Measure Ingredient
½ teaspoon Fresh parsley
½ teaspoon Fresh taarragon
½ teaspoon Fresh chives
½ teaspoon Fresh chervil
3 tablespoons Wine vingar
9 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper

1. Mince the fresh herbs, reserving a few leaves to use as garnishes. 2. Place all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.. Beat vigorously with a wire whisk until well blended. 3. Garnish with fresh leaves and serve immediately.
