Hawaiian slaw

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Head of cabbage
6 \N Ribs of celery
2 \N Mangoes, 1 red 1 green
8 \N Marshmallows, cut up
6 slices Pineapple, cut up
\N \N Salt & pepper
\N \N Dressing for Hawaiian Slaw
2 \N Eggs, well beaten
5 tablespoons Salad oil
½ cup Vinegar
⅓ cup Sugar
½ can Pimentoes, cut fine
¼ teaspoon Powdered garlic

Combine all ingredients and cook to a boil. Cool. Pour over cabbage.

(Before mixing the cabbage and dressing, take a tablespoon of the cabbage mixture and pour a little of the dressing on it to taste.
