Hawaiian ham salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Ham, smoked; cubed, cooked
8 ounces Pineapple chunks
2 Celery rib; sliced
½ cup Olive, black; halved
¼ cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ cup Peanuts

Combine ham, pineapple, celery, and olives. Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice; stir into ham mix. Chill at least an hour. Stir in peanuts before serving.
