2Stalks (1 cup) celery; chop
1mediumBanana; sliced
1mediumPapaya; peeled, pitted, cubed
1tablespoonSugar
1tablespoonLemon juice
Chopped walnuts, if desired

Directions

In large bowl gently toss together all ingredients except chop walnuts. Sprinkle with chopped. Serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
