| 1 | Clove Minced Garlic | |
| 4 | teaspoons | Pepper |
| 4 | cups | Butter |
| 8 | ounces | Can Mushrooms |
| 1 | pounds | Hamburger |
| 8 | ounces | Can Cream of Chicken Soup |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| Parsley | ||
| 1 | cup | Sour Cream |
Directions
Saute' onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in meat and brown.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat through. Garnish with parsley. Serve on noodles or rice.
