Ground beef stroganoff

Ingredients

2mediumsOnions, chopped
2Cloves Garlic, minced
1smallCan sliced mushrooms, drained
teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
1cupConsomme or bouillon
3tablespoonsTomato paste
cupSour cream, mixed with 4 tbsp flour

Directions

Brown ground beef in large skillet; add onions, garlic and mushrooms.

Saute until onion is golden brown. Put in Crock.-_Pot with all remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours. Serve over hot buttered noodles or rice.
