Easy hamburger stroganoff

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Beef, ground
1 medium Onion; chopped
2 tablespoons Flour, all-purpose
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
8 ounces Musrhooms; drained
1 can Soup, cream of chicken
8 ounces Sour cream
8 ounces Egg noodles; cooked/drained

Cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender.

Stir in flour, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and mushrooms; cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring mixture constantly.

Stir soup into meat mixture; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream, and cook only until thoroughly heated. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
