|2 pounds||Ground beef|
|1 large||Onion, chopped|
|1 can||Tomato soup|
|1 can||Cream of mushroom soup|
|8 ounces||Sour cream|
|1 tablespoon||Worcestershire sauce|
|\N \N||Salt and pepper to taste|
Brown ground beef, drain off grease, add onion and mushrooms. In a bowl mix together tomato soup, mushroom soup, sour cream.
Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Pour this mixture in with hamburger and mix. Let simmer a half hour or longer. Serve over noodles or rice.
