Ham and swiss cheese quiche

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (120 g) Stove Top Chicken
\N \N Flavour Stuffing Mix
2 tablespoons Melted butter
1 cup Diced cooked ham
1 cup Grated swiss cheese
½ cup Each: frozen peas and
\N \N Chopped red pepper
2 cups Milk
2 \N Eggs, beaten

PREP TIME: 15 min. BAKE TIME: 30 min. MIX stuffing crumbs,seasonings and butter in a lightly greased 9 in. quiche dish or pie plate. Spread over bottom of dish. SPRINKLE peas, chopped peppers, ham and cheese evenly over crumbs. BEAT milk and eggs together until well blended. POUR slowly over mixture in dish. BAKE at 350*F for 30-35 min. or until set. Let stand for 10 min. before serving. Makes 6 servings VARIATION: Substitute ham and Swiss cheese with 1 can (6½ oz./184 g.) solid white tuna, drained, chunked and grated Cheddar cheese.
