Ham and artichoke quiche

4Eggs; beaten
¼poundsSwiss cheese or mozzarella; shredded
1canArtichoke hearts; drained and chopped
1Onion; minced
¼poundsMushrooms; chopped
1Salt, pepper, and nutmeg

Directions

HAM OR SPINACH MAY BE ADDED

Beat eggs, add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Makes 2 regular quiches.
