Spinach-artichoke quiche

| 1 | can | Artichoke hearts; chopped in small pieces (14 ounce) |
| 1 | cup | Spinach; finely chopped |
| 1 | cup | Parmesan cheese; freshly grated |
| 2 | Pre-baked 8\" pie shells | |
Directions
CUSTARD MIX
QUICHE
To make the custard, mix the ingredients together. Place spinach, artichoke hearts and cheese into pie shells. Add the custard mixture. Place in a 375 degree oven and bake 45 minutes to one hour until the custard is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. If using processed Parmesan cheese, use less salt in the custard mix. If using frozen spinach, squeeze out water after defrosting.
