| 1 | Stick Butter Or Margarine | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Black Pepper |
| ½ | tablespoon | Hot Red Pepper -- finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salt |
| 1 | pint | (Scant) White Vinegar |
Directions
In a large saucepan combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat, stir thoroughly, and simmer about 10 mins. Cool and refrigerate till ready to use.
