Garlic barbecue sauce

Ingredients

1Head garlic (about 20 cloves minced)
¼cupButter or margarine
¼cupVegetable oil
2cupsWater
1cupCatsup
¼cupChopped onion
¼cupPacked light brown sugar
¼cupCider vinegar
3tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoonRed pepper sauce
½teaspoonChili powder
¼teaspoonSalt

Directions

Cook garlic in butter and oil in small skillet over medium-low heat until golden and caramelized, about 30 minutes.
