Sesame ginger chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds -- toasted
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
4 \N Boneless skinless chicken
\N \N Breast halves
2 \N Green onions with tops --
\N \N Cut in thin strips

In a small bowl, combine the first four ingredients; set aside. Pound the chicken breasts to ¼-inch thickness. Grill over medium-hot coals, turning and basting frequently with soy sauce mixture, for 8 minutes or until juice run clear. Garnish with onions.
