Guacamole #12

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 Avocados
2 Chiles serranos or powdered chile pequin to taste
1 small White onion; or
2 Cloves garlic (I'd use both...)
1 Branch cilantro
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Salt to taste
Freshly-squeezed lemon juice (optional)

Mash the avocados with a wooden spoon. Finely mince the serranos, onion, garlic, and cilantro and add to the mashvocados. Stir in the other stuff.
