Guacamole #03

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 mediums Avocados; seeded, peeled and cut up
½ small Onion; cut up
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 Clove garlic; minced
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

1. Place cut-up avocados in blender container with onion, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.

2. Cover and blend until well combined. Makes about 1-¼ cups. Use this as a dip for chips or as a sauce with a main dish.
