Yield: 4 Servings
|2 mediums||Avocados; seeded, peeled and cut up|
|½ small||Onion; cut up|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|1||Clove garlic; minced|
1. Place cut-up avocados in blender container with onion, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Cover and blend until well combined. Makes about 1-¼ cups. Use this as a dip for chips or as a sauce with a main dish.
