Ingredients

| 2 | mediums | Avocados; seeded, peeled and cut up |
| ½ | small | Onion; cut up |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 1 | Clove garlic; minced | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
1. Place cut-up avocados in blender container with onion, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Cover and blend until well combined. Makes about 1-¼ cups. Use this as a dip for chips or as a sauce with a main dish.
