|2||Moderately ripe avocados|
|Peeled and pitted|
|1||Minced clove garlic|
|2 tablespoons||Minced white onion|
|1||Green chili roasted peeled|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
Put the avocados, garlic, onion and green chili in a mixing bowl.
Combine with a fork until well mixed but not necessarily free of lumps. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover and set aside or refrigerate until ready to use.
