Guacamole #08

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Avocados
1 \N Tomato
1 \N Diced onion
½ \N Lemon
½ \N Bunch cilantro
3 \N Green; hot peppers (Serrano)
\N \N Salt
\N \N White pepper

1. Peel avocados and remove seeds.

2. Chop tomato with onion, cilantro and peppers. Make sure mixture is well blended.

3. Add avocados and mash together. Season to taste.

4. Squeeze lemon juice over top and refrigerate.
