Grilled italian pork burger

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground pork
2 tablespoons Red wine
1 \N Garlic clove; crushed
1½ teaspoon Crushed fennel seed
\N \N Salt and pepper, to taste
\N \N Olive oil

Italian seasonings make the all-American burger even better.

In a medium bowl, mix together the pork, red wine, garlic, fennel seed, salt and pepper. Pat gently into 4 patties. Brush each patty lightly with olive oil. Place directly over hot coals on a kettle-style grill.

Close grill hood and grill for 5 minutes, turn and cook on second side for 4 minutes.

Serve with grilled Italian bread, if desired.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes.

Cooking Time: 9 minutes.
