Greek style pork pocket sandwich

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Pork strips
½ cup Caesar salad dressing
2 \N Pitas -- halved
4 tablespoons Cucumber dressing
1 small Red onion -- thinly sliced

Stir togethre pork strips and dressing; place in a shallow pan and roast in a preheated 450 oven until pork is crisp and lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Open each pita half to form a pocket.

Distribute pork among each half. Top each sandwich with a tbsp or cucumber dressing and some sliced red onion. 353 calories and 17 grams fat.
