Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Bacon; cut up |
2 larges | Onions; chopped |
1 \N | Small head cabbage; chopped (4 c.) |
3 tablespoons | Water |
2 tablespoons | Soy sauce |
2 teaspoons | Cornstarch |
1 teaspoon | Garlic powder |
½ teaspoon | Sugar |
½ teaspoon | Ginger |
½ teaspoon | Black pepper 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes |
2 tablespoons | Toasted sesame seeds |
Cook bacon in large skillet until not quite crisp. Reserve 2 T. bacon fat in pan. Drain and reserve bacon. Add onions and cabbage to fat in pan.
Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add bacon and cook for 1 minute more. Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, sugar, ginger, black pepper, crushed red pepper and sesame seeds. Pour over cabbage. Heat well.
