Grasshopper whip

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Lime jello; (3 oz.)
¾ cup Cold water
1 \N Envelope Dream Whip; prepared
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 cup Boiling water
3 tablespoons Creme de menthe
1 \N Egg white
1 pint Strawberries; cut and sugared

Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water. Add cold water. Cool. Add creme de menthe. Jell slightly. Whip egg white. In large bowl whip jello mixture until fluffy and thick, about double in volume and add egg white. Fold in prepared Dream Whip. Chill in refrigerator about 3¾ hours. When ready to serve top with strawberries. Serves 8.
