Grasshopper pie #1

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Chocolate wafer crumbs
4 tablespoons Butter; softened
2 tablespoons Sugar
32 larges Marshmallows
½ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Creme de menthe
2 tablespoons Creme de cacao
1½ cup Cream; whipped

Mix crumbs, butter and sugar. Press into 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cool. In top of double boiler, heat milk and marshmallows until melted. Cool. Add Creme de Menthe and Creme de Cacao. Fold in whipped cream. Add green food coloring, if desired. Spoon into crust. Chill 3 hours or longer. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate crumbs.
