Grasshopper parfaits

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Heavy cream
1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
1 pack Cream cheese -- softened
1¼ cup Sweetened condensed milk --
14 ounces Can
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 tablespoons Green creme de menthe
\N \N Liqueur
2 tablespoons White creme de cacao
\N \N Liqueur
12 eaches Cream filled chocolate
\N \N Sandwich cookies -- coarsely
\N \N Chopped

In small mixer bowl, whip cream until soft. Add sugar; beat until stiff. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. STIR in lemon juice, and liqueurs.

Fold in whipped cream; chill 20 minutes.

Do not stir. In parfait glasses, layer 1 tablespoon cookies and ¼ cup filling. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cookies. Chill 4 hours.

Variations: Coffee: substitute coffee flavored liqueur for creme de menthe. Brandy Alexander: substitute ⅓ brandy for creme de menthe.

Orange: Omit creme de cacao and substitute ¼ cup orange liqueur for creme de menthe.
