Grasshopper parfaits

| 1¼ | cup | Sweetened condensed milk -- |

| 3 | tablespoons | Green creme de menthe |

| 2 | tablespoons | White creme de cacao |

| 12 | eaches | Cream filled chocolate |

Directions
In small mixer bowl, whip cream until soft. Add sugar; beat until stiff. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. STIR in lemon juice, and liqueurs.
Fold in whipped cream; chill 20 minutes.
Do not stir. In parfait glasses, layer 1 tablespoon cookies and ¼ cup filling. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cookies. Chill 4 hours.
Variations: Coffee: substitute coffee flavored liqueur for creme de menthe. Brandy Alexander: substitute ⅓ brandy for creme de menthe.
Orange: Omit creme de cacao and substitute ¼ cup orange liqueur for creme de menthe.
