Grasshopper pie #2

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
Chocolate wafer cookies
35 larges Marshmallows
½ cup Milk
¼ cup Creme de menthe
¼ cup White creme de cacao
3 drops Green food color; or so
1½ cup Whilled whipping cream
Whipped cream for garnish
Chocolate curls

Line bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan with cookies. Heat marshmallows and milk over medium heat, stirring constantly until marshmallows melt. Cool; blend in liquers and food coloring. Beat cream until stiff. Fold cream into marshmallow mixture saving a little cream for garnish. Pour into cookie crust. Chill several hours. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
