Grape and cabbage salad

1 | cup | Grapes; Tokay or Malaga; seeded |
3 | cups | Cabbage; shredded |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt; |
⅛ | teaspoon | Black pepper; |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice; freshly squeeze |
¼ | cup | Mayonnaise; |
Lettuce head; | ||
Grapes; whole; for garnish |
Directions
Combine grapes, cabbage, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and mayonnaise.
Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with additional whole fresh grapes, if desired.
