Cabbage fruit salad

Ingredients

2eachesOranges -- peeled
Cut in bite-size pieces
2mediumsApple -- choped
1cupSeedless grapes -- red
Halves
¼cupRaisins -- or currants
½cupMayonnaise -- or salad
Dressing
¼cupMilk
1tablespoonLemon juice
1tablespoonSugar
teaspoonSalt
½cupPecans -- chopped & toasted

Directions

In a large bowl, toss cabbage, oranges, apples, grapes and currants; cover refrigerate. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, sugar and salt; cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, stir dressing and pecans into salad. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
