Cabbage fruit salad

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Shredded cabbage
2 eaches Oranges -- peeled
\N \N Cut in bite-size pieces
2 mediums Apple -- choped
1 cup Seedless grapes -- red
\N \N Halves
¼ cup Raisins -- or currants
½ cup Mayonnaise -- or salad
\N \N Dressing
¼ cup Milk
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Sugar
⅛ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Pecans -- chopped & toasted

In a large bowl, toss cabbage, oranges, apples, grapes and currants; cover refrigerate. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, sugar and salt; cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, stir dressing and pecans into salad. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
