Cabbage fruit salad

2 | eaches | Oranges -- peeled |
Cut in bite-size pieces | ||
2 | mediums | Apple -- choped |
1 | cup | Seedless grapes -- red |
Halves | ||
¼ | cup | Raisins -- or currants |
½ | cup | Mayonnaise -- or salad |
Dressing | ||
¼ | cup | Milk |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | cup | Pecans -- chopped & toasted |
Directions
In a large bowl, toss cabbage, oranges, apples, grapes and currants; cover refrigerate. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, sugar and salt; cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, stir dressing and pecans into salad. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
