Nappa cabbage salad

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Almonds; sliced |
| 2 | packs | Ichiban Noodles (beef flavour); broken up |
| 6 | tablespoons | Margarine |
| 1 | cup | Oil |
| ½ | cup | White sugar |
| ½ | cup | Vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Soya sauce |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt (I omit this; but the choice is yours) |
| 2 | Beef flavour packets from the noodles | |
| 1 | Head suey choy or nappa cabbage | |
| 1 | bunch | Green onions |
Directions
From: Elaine Andersen <elaine@...> Date: Sun, 7 Jul 1996 18:29:05 -0700 Chop the cabbage fine and mix the onion, set aside. Saute the almonds and broken up noodles with the margarine in a fry pan. Cool. Combine the next 6 ingredients and refrigerate. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
