Nappa cabbage salad

2packsIchiban Noodles (beef flavour); broken up
6tablespoonsMargarine
1cupOil
½cupWhite sugar
½cupVinegar
1tablespoonSoya sauce
½teaspoonSalt (I omit this; but the choice is yours)
2Beef flavour packets from the noodles
1Head suey choy or nappa cabbage
1bunchGreen onions

Directions

From: Elaine Andersen <elaine@...> Date: Sun, 7 Jul 1996 18:29:05 -0700 Chop the cabbage fine and mix the onion, set aside. Saute the almonds and broken up noodles with the margarine in a fry pan. Cool. Combine the next 6 ingredients and refrigerate. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
