|3 cups||Torn Romaine lettuce|
|1 cup||Seedless grapes|
|⅓ cup||Shredded Swiss cheese|
|⅓ cup||Garlic croutons|
|2 tablespoons||Lime juice|
|½ teaspoon||Worcestershire sauce|
|¼ teaspoon||Minced garlic|
|¼ teaspoon||Coarsely ground black pepper|
|2 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|2 tablespoons||Shredded Parmesan cheese|
Toss lettuce, grapes, Swiss cheese and croutons in small bowl. Pour Lime Dressing over greens mixture; toss to mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss lightly. Makes 4 (1 cup each) servings.
For the Lime Dressing: Combine ingredients lime juice through the pepper.
Mix well. Beat in 2 tablespoons olive oil until well blended. Makes about ⅓ cup.
