Grandma woodall's brownies

Ingredients

| 2 | Squares unsweetened chocolate | |
| 1 | cup | Canola oil |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 1½ | cup | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Broken nuts (optional, if you like nuts) |
Directions
Melt chocolate in oil (microwave), and add the rest in the order shown making sure that the eggs don't cook in the warmed oil/chocolate.
Before adding the flour, mix the salt and baking powder into the flour - then mix the flour mixture into the batter. Pour the completed mixture into a greased and floured 9" x 13" cake pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Let cool at least 15 minutes.
