Grandma's oatmeal bar

Yield: 24 Bars

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Margarine, (unsalted)
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Molasses
¼ cup Egg substitute
6 ounces Can frozen orange juice, concentrate, thawed
½ cup Rolled oats
¼ cup Raisins
¼ cup Walnuts
2 cups All purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking flour
½ teaspoon Ginger
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Cloves
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Stir in molasses, egg substitute and orange juice. Mix in reamining ingredients. Spread in 13 by 9 by 2-inch pan sprayed with vegetable spray. Bake in a 325-degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into 24 bars.
