Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| ⅓ | cup | Light Karo |
| ½ | teaspoon | Corn starch |
| ½ | Stick butter or margarine | |
| 4 | tablespoons | Unsweetened chocolate -- 1 |
| ½ | Squares | |
Directions
Heat to soft ball. Remove from heat. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract. Beat until it starts to stiffen. Pour onto buttered cookie sheet or into baking dish.
Cut into squares when cooled. You can add peanut butter and/or marshmallows before you pour it onto the cookie sheet.
