Grandmother's brown sugar cookies

| ¾ | cup | Shortening |
| 4 | eaches | Eggs |
| 5 | cups | Flour |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Cream tartar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
Directions
Flour to make a soft dough. Roll, cut and bake in quick oven.
Note: Quick oven is probably around 425 F.
