Gourmet goulash

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces No-salt-added tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 \N Clove garlic -- minced
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Paprika
1½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper
½ teaspoon Olive oil
2 pounds Ground chicken breast,
\N \N Skinless -- cooked
1 cup Onions -- chopped
½ cup Bell peppers -- chopped
3 cups No Yolks. egg noodle
\N \N Substitute -- cooked

In a mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic, sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In a skillet, heat oil over medium flame. Add chicken, onions, and bell peppers. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Add tomato sauce mixture. Cook covered for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook egg noodle substitute according to package directions. Add cooked egg noodle subsititue to chicken mixture.
