Green goulash

| 4 | ounces | Beef-Flavored T.V.P. |
| Granules | ||
| 8 | ounces | Spinach Egg Noodles |
| 2 | ounces | Tomato Crystals |
| 4 | Beef Bouillon Cubes, Or | |
| ¼ | cup | Beef Bouillon Granules |
| 1 | teaspoon | Basil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
| ¼ | cup | Dried Bell Pepper |
| ** Package Separately ** | ||
| 1 | Env Cream Of Onion Soup Mix | |
| To make 2 1/2 cup | ||
| 7½ | cup | Water |
| 1 | pack | Sour Cream Mix -- optional |
Directions
1. Bring 7 cups water to a boil. Add all ingredients except soup mix and sour cream mix. Simmer for 10 minutes. 2. Mix sould mix with ½ cup cold water. Add to pot and simmer for 5-10 minutes longer, or until noodles and meat are tender. 3. If sour cream is used stir in just before serving.
Makes about 8 cups.
Variation: a. Canned roast beef may be substituted. Use one less bouillion cube.
