8 ounces | Spinach Egg Noodles |
2 ounces | Tomato Crystals |
4 | Beef Bouillon Cubes, Or |
¼ cup | Beef Bouillon Granules |
1 teaspoon | Basil |
1 teaspoon | Paprika |
¼ cup | Dried Bell Pepper |

1 | Env Cream Of Onion Soup Mix |
To make 2 1/2 cup | |
7½ cup | Water |
1 pack | Sour Cream Mix -- optional |
1. Bring 7 cups water to a boil. Add all ingredients except soup mix and sour cream mix. Simmer for 10 minutes. 2. Mix sould mix with ½ cup cold water. Add to pot and simmer for 5-10 minutes longer, or until noodles and meat are tender. 3. If sour cream is used stir in just before serving.
Makes about 8 cups.
Variation: a. Canned roast beef may be substituted. Use one less bouillion cube.
