Golden glow salad #2

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Water
1 cup Pineapple juice
1 pack (3-oz) lemon-flavored gelatin
1 cup Drained; crushed pineapple
2 cups Grated carrots

Boil water and pineapple juice. Dissolve gelatin in boiling mixture. Let cool, and when it has thickened slightly, add pineapple and carrots. Pour into one large 5 cup oiled mold or six individual oiled molds. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Yield: 6 servings.
