Ginger salad dressing (tcvc49a)

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Sesame or soy oil
¼ cup Soy sauce
⅓ cup Diced Onion
¼ cup Diced celery
3 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar; plus
1 teaspoon Rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Diced fresh ginger
2 teaspoons Sugar
1½ teaspoon Grated lemon peel
½ teaspoon Catsup
¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Place all ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until vegetables are pureed. Store in covered jar. Shake thoroughly before using.
