German beef

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Stew beef
¼ cup Vinegar
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 \N Onion -- chopped
1 can Mushroom
1 can Beef broth

Brown the stew beef. Add remaining ingredients except mushrooms.

Simmer for 2 hours. Add mushrooms. Thicken and serve over noodles.
