Fresh peach bran muffins

¬ cup sugar
2teaspoonsBaking powder
« tsp. baking soda
1each« tsp. grated orange zest
« tsp. nutmeg
« tps. mace
¬ tsp. salt
1cupNon-fat peach yogurt
¬ cup safflower oil
1eachEgg
2mediumsPeaches, peeled and cut into «\" dice
1eachHeat oven to 400F. Line a 12 count muffin tin with paper baking cups.
2eachesIn a large bowl, combine the oat bran, flours, sugar, baking powder,
Baking soda, orange zest, nutmeg, mace and salt.
3eachesIn another bowl, place the yogurt, oil and egg. Whisk until well

blended. Stir in the peaches. Add all at once to the dry ingredients.

Stir only until moistened;the batter should be slighlty lumpy. 4.
