Fresh peach bran muffins

| 1 | cup | Non-fat peach yogurt |
| ¬ cup safflower oil | ||

| 2 | mediums | Peaches, peeled and cut into «\" dice |
| 1 | each | Heat oven to 400F. Line a 12 count muffin tin with paper baking cups. |

blended. Stir in the peaches. Add all at once to the dry ingredients.
Stir only until moistened;the batter should be slighlty lumpy. 4.
