STREUSEL TOPPING
Looky looky!!! I found a web site for the leader in Cake Decorating- Wilton!! The site has "Learn to Decorate", recipes, tips, idea, an on-line store, and more!! Here are a few recipes from the site: Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray pan with vegetable pan spray. Beat milk, margarine or butter and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt just until flour is moistened. Fold in orange juice, orange peel, diced peaches and chopped walnuts. Divide mixture in 12 cavities. Top with approximately 1 tablespoon streusel mixture and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 12 muffins
