Measure | Ingredient |

1½ cup | All-BranĀ® Cereal |
1 cup | Skim milk |
2 cups | Whole wheat flour |
2 tablespoons | Ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon | Baking powder |
1 teaspoon | Baking soda |
1 large | Egg |
20 ounces | Crushed pineapple in juice |
6 ounces | Banana; mashed |
½ cup | Raisins |
Mix cereal into milk; let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda; set aside. Mix egg with undrained pineapple and mashed banana. Thoroughly combine all three mixtures and stir in raisins. Spoon batter into a 24 muffin pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
