Pineapple bran muffins

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup All-Bran
1 small Can crushed pineapple;drained
1 cup Raisins
½ cup Margarine
⅔ cup Brown sugar
1 Egg
1¼ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ teaspoon Salt

Cream margarine, sugar, and egg. Stir in dry ingredients. Stir in pineapple and raisins. Spoon into paper lined muffin tins, filling to top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
