Muffins ( peach )

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
¾ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking soda
2 Eggs
½ cup Salad oil
1¼ cup Fresh/drained canned peaches coarsely chopped
½ teaspoon Vanilla
¼ teaspoon Almond extract
½ cup Chopped walnuts

Combine flour, salt, sugar and baking soda. Add eggs and oil. Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in vanilla, almond extract, peaches and nuts. Bake muffins at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
