Water
6cupsChopped seeded watermelon
1cupChopped mango or papaya
1cupChopped pineapple
1cupChopped pineapple

Directions

Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the syrup is clear. Set aside to cool.

Combine the syrup, wine, and sparkling water and stir well. Add the remaining fruit and serve cold. Yield: 12 to 16 servings
