Fresh chilli chutney

Ingredients

½cupFresh red or green chillies
½cupChopped fresh mint
1tablespoonLime or lemon juice
1teaspoonChopped fresh ginger
Salt

Directions

Wash and dry the chillies. Cut off the stalks and chop. Mix all the ingredients together about 15 minutes before serving.
