½ | cup | Fresh red or green chillies |
½ | cup | Chopped fresh mint |
1 | tablespoon | Lime or lemon juice |
1 | teaspoon | Chopped fresh ginger |

Directions
Wash and dry the chillies. Cut off the stalks and chop. Mix all the ingredients together about 15 minutes before serving.
