Fresh cauliflower salad

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 medium Head cauliflower; sliced
2 Ribs celery; chopped
1 medium Green pepper; chopped
¾ cup Sliced stuffed olives
½ pounds Cheddar cheese; cubed
1 Bottle (8-oz) Caesar salad dressing
1 cup Sour cream
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Optional dressing in place of Caesar dressing:
1 cup Hellmann's mayoonaise
¼ cup Garlic French dressing
½ cup Sour cream

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
