Fresh cauliflower salad

Ingredients

| 1 | medium | Head cauliflower; sliced |
| 2 | Ribs celery; chopped | |
| 1 | medium | Green pepper; chopped |
| ¾ | cup | Sliced stuffed olives |
| ½ | pounds | Cheddar cheese; cubed |
| 1 | Bottle (8-oz) Caesar salad dressing | |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| 1 | dash | Worcestershire sauce |
| Salt to taste | ||
| Pepper to taste | ||
| Optional dressing in place of Caesar dressing: | ||
| 1 | cup | Hellmann's mayoonaise |
| ¼ | cup | Garlic French dressing |
| ½ | cup | Sour cream |
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
