Fresh cauliflower salad

Ingredients

1mediumHead cauliflower; sliced
2Ribs celery; chopped
1mediumGreen pepper; chopped
¾cupSliced stuffed olives
½poundsCheddar cheese; cubed
1Bottle (8-oz) Caesar salad dressing
1cupSour cream
1dashWorcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Optional dressing in place of Caesar dressing:
1cupHellmann's mayoonaise
¼cupGarlic French dressing
½cupSour cream

Directions

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
