2cupsCooked basmati rice
½cupBottled vinaigrette dressing

Directions

Prep: 10 min, Cook: 10 min, plus chilling time. Place cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam about 3 minutes, until almost tender. Chill .
