Cauliflower salad

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Head lettuce; chopped
1 \N Raw head cauliflower; chop
2 cups Mayonnaise
1 medium Onion; chopped
1½ pounds Bacon; fried and crumbled
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup White sugar
½ cup Cashews; chopped

Layer in order given in large bowl; lettuce, cauliflower, mayonnaise, onion, bacon, cheese, sugar, and cashews. Should be make at least 24 hours before serving. Toss together before serving.

In an almost identiacal recipe, it was suggested to mix the cheese, sugar and mayo separately, add just before serving, and toss.
